She played a pivotal role in the District Primary Education Programme (DPEP), the Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) for elementary education, and the revised Vocational Education Programme at the secondary/senior secondary level. Her work reflects her deep commitment to social sector development, particularly in education, literacy, and public welfare.

Dr. Hari Krishna Paliwal is a distinguished officer of the Indian Administrative Service with a rich and diverse career across Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Arunachal Pradesh, and the Government of India. He has served as District Magistrate in several districts and held significant assignments including Chief Secretary to the Government of Arunachal Pradesh. Presently, he is Advisor to the Government of Arunachal Pradesh with the rank of Cabinet Minister, providing guidance on socio-economic and infrastructure development issues. Earlier, he also served as Advisor to Shri Rajnath Singh during his tenure as Union Home Minister. Dr. Paliwal, who earlier served in the Indian Forest Service (IFS), holds a Ph.D. in Botany (Delhi University) and an MBA (University of Queensland, Australia). A passionate nature lover, he has also authored a book on Ornamental Gardening.
